摘要 | With the rapid development of technology, technology advancement is harder and harder with more and more risks in technology innovation, thus enterprises can’t carry out technology innovation program alone. The development of the emergence of the LED industries provides valuable insights into the role of strategic alliances and networking that shaped the synergy between both industries. Therefore, how to establish an evaluation model of innovation strategic alliances is a critical and urgent task for industrial practitioners and government officials of Taiwan now and in the future. This point therefore triggers our research motivation. The project will try to answer what the innovation strategic alliances are for LED Industry. By identifying the different dimensions of innovation strategic alliances, we focus on four perspectives to interpret it. There are including Transaction Cost perspective, Organizational learning perspective, Strategic Behavior perspective, and Resource-based perspective. We will overview the industrial general situation and analyze the industrial features of Taiwan LED Industry. Thus, reviewing relative literatures and interviewing experts to develop an evaluation model and dimensions of innovation strategic alliances. The second year of this project will apply DEMATEL method. DEMATEL is a methodology which can confirm interdependence among innovation strategic alliances dimensions and aid in the development of a chart to reflect interrelationships between dimensions. Then this project develops an evaluation model based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) is used to analyze the structure of the innovation strategic alliances problem and to determine weights of the dimensions. Finally, the VIKOR method of compromise ranking determines a compromise solution. The VIKOR method is applied to determine the best performance according to the selected dimensions. The third year of this project will provide some policies and strategies base on empirical results for Taiwan LED Industry. Furthermore, we want to incorporate industry life cycle perspective to explore whether the evaluation model is similar or not at different industrial life cycle sages. We also seek the optimal portfolio strategies according to different industrial characteristics, such as company size, product features and so on. Finally, we attempt to extend the evaluation model to other electronic components original equipment manufacturers (OEM) discover the suitable innovation strategic alliances evaluation model for different electronic components industries. 隨著市場、科技和政策的日趨自由化與國際化,許多企業已漸漸體認到因自身資源的有限,廠商無法全然地再以過去單打獨鬥的方式進行競爭。透過彼此合作的型態來獲取重要資源、進而達成策略目標,已逐漸為許多企業所重視並加以採行,其中最明顯的趨勢便是企業創新策略聯盟的普及與應用。因此,該如何建立企業創新策略聯盟為本計畫之研究動機。 我們將探討發光二極體(LED)產業之創新策略聯盟,本計畫將創新策略聯盟分為以下四大理論基礎進行分析,分別為交易成本理論、組織學習、策略行為與資源基礎理論探討其企業創新策略聯盟。首先,本計畫第一年藉由產業分析,充分了解LED產業目前現況與產業特性,藉由文獻探討與回饋,並透過專家會議進行模型修正,協助發展企業創新策略聯盟評估模型,並建構LED產業創新策略聯盟之評估指標。 第二年則應用多準則決策模型之決策實驗室分析法(DEMATEL),試圖發掘影響創新策略聯盟之因素之間彼此影響關係,接續應用模糊層級分析法(Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process, FAHP) ,試圖發掘影響創新策略聯盟之主要關鍵因子,最後,應用VIKOR (VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje, VIKOR),以妥協的概念(compromise),驗證台灣LED產業廠商於創新策略聯盟之績效表現。 第三年將針對第二年之研究實證結果,進行策略行分析,並將本研究所提出之創新策略聯盟評估模型,進行專家訪談法,將本研究架構進行修訂,並試圖應用產業生命週期概念,探討處於不同產業生命週期階段之企業,其創新策略聯盟評估模型是否有異,且加入公司相關特性如規模、產品特性等因素,協助企業找出提升其創新策略聯盟之最佳策略建議;另外,並將其評估模型應用層面擴大至其他產業中,試圖分辨不同高科技廠商,其創新策略聯盟評估模型之異同,並找出適合不同高科技產業最佳創新策略聯盟之評估架構。 |
