摘要 | Taiwan Taoyuan Airport has been devoted to developing a green airport in recent years, aiming to reduce carbon emissions from ground-handling vehicles. Refueling operations play a pivotal role in airport operations and demand substantial work, given the short and frequent nature of flight takeoffs and landings. Different aircraft types and flight lengths necessitate varying refueling operations. The inefficient and unrealistic dispatch of aviation fuel vehicles can lead to flight delays. This study employs space-time network flow techniques to formalize the flow of aviation fuel vehicles in both space and time. Based on the problem characteristics and by adding appropriate constraints, the study aims to minimize carbon emissions and construct an optimal model for the refueling operation scheduling of aviation fuel vehicles. The proposed model is evaluated through a case study, and conclusions and recommendations are presented. |
