摘要 | Corporate social responsibility (CSR) has been massively conducted in sports research. However, some studies show employee well-being as a theoretical framework in CSR, but limited research on employees' creative self-efficacy behavior. Professional team sports (PTS) have been involved in CSR initiatives for a long time, not only because of gain profit and social reputation but also because of strengthening relationships with the local community. However, in the PTS, employees are frontline workers who collaborate with customers and stakeholders in CSR campaigns. Hence, this study demonstrated the impact of CSR on employee turnover intention and creative self-efficacy with the mediator effect of subjective well-being. A total of 321 PTS employees were recruited, and PLS-SEM was applied to test the conceptual model. The results showed that perceived CSR positively correlates with employee subjective well-being; moreover, subjective well-being pla d a mediator between perceived CSR and employee creative self-efficacy. The results from this research recommend that perceived CSR plays a crucial role in strengthening employee subjective well-being. Moreover, the study highlights subjective well-being as a potential mechanism to ensure the fulfillment of creative self-efficacy. |
