| 摘要 | 本文的主題在於探討個人態度與家人支持兩項因素，如何影響視障者的成功就業。有別於以往文獻，本研究利用電話訪問的方式，自行設計問卷題目，以測量視障者個人態度與家人支持的程度。電話訪問以全國視障人口為母體，共成功訪問1627個有效樣本。結果發現，在控制人口變項之後，若僅考量個人態度因素，負面的心理態度會對視障者成功就業與否產生顯著的不利影響。但是，若將個人態度與家人支持一併考量，家人支持會產生正面的影響力，相對地，個人態度的負面效果即未達到統計上的顯著水準。換言之，實證資料證明：家庭支持的介入，確實可以降低個人負面態度所帶來的不利影響，進而有助於提升視障者的就業機會。 This study attempts to explore the influence of personal attitudes and family supports for employment of persons with vision disability. By applying telephone interview, the study successfully collected 1627 samples. There two main finding. First, personal attitudes exert significant effect on employment of persons with vision disability. Second, the influences of personal attitudes disappear when family supports are taken into account. In sum, this work proves that family supports can effectively reduce negative effect of personal attitudes. |
