| 摘要 | 近年來由於網際網路(lnterNet)的普及和軟硬體技術的提昇精進，許多傳統的教育流程，因而有了重大的轉變。遠距教學已不是夢想，師生之間不再侷限於面對面的溝通、學習與資訊交流，彼此間的距離也因此而拉得更近。所以網際網路上師生問溝通管道的建立、查詢與穩定暢通，就顯得相當重要了。
 目前我們在本校全球資訊網(WWW)上分析、規劃並開發了師生資訊查詢系統，本系統除了網路線上選課系統外，還具有師生的E-mail 查詢、通訊地址查詢、小考作業期中或歷年成績查詢等等功能。這個系統在學校已正式上線執行了一年時間，反應相當熱烈;目前我們仍繼續進行一些與行政單位相關的系統，希望在安全與便利的考量下，能夠將學校的校務行政系統全面網路化。本文將介紹本系統的功能，並說明整個系統在運作上的優點，最後就我們在發展這個系統的過程中，所遭遇到的困擾與未來計劃要發展的系統做一說明。 Recently, most traditional education processes have been significantly changed as the result that
 the installation of internet is far and wide, and the techniques of internet have been made great
 progress unceasingly. Distance learning can come true, communications between teachers
 and students are not limited in the form of confrontation any more,such that the relationship
 between teachers and students become more familiar. As a consequence, it's important to
 build the steady communication channels between teachers and students -on the internet without obstruction.On our WWW, we analyze, plan, design and develop the system for the interaction between teachers and students. It includes the on-line real-time internet course selection system, the query system about the E-Mail and contact information of teachers and students, and the grades maintenance system about the quizzes, assignments, examinations and historical grades, etc. The system has been running firmally about one year, we win the enthusiastic reaction from teachers and students. We are still developing the systems for many administrative units in our school. Our final goal is to transfer and build the school administration system on internet based on the consideration of good security and convenience. In this article, we will introduce the function of our system, the advantages of the system operation,the obstacle during developing process and the future development plan. |
