| 摘要 | 資訊系統規劃(Information System Planning, ISP)是於組織內進行之活動, 暸解相關組織因素與資訊系統規劃的關係可掌控與資訊系統規劃之相關重要組織管理活動, 進而促成資訊系統規劃之成功。本研究主要目的在透過對企業界資訊部門主管問卷調查, 研究我國企業界內組織因素與資訊系統規劃之關係。 本研究先探討相關文獻, 並以此為基礎構建研究架構及問卷, 接著以郵寄問卷方式, 對1996年中華民國資訊經理人協會之會員進行調查。結果顯示評估資訊系統規劃成功有規劃處理品質與規劃效益兩主要維度變數, 並發現組織因素中有策略事業經營規劃、執行措施、事業部門與資訊部門交互的促進措施、資源的適合度、資訊系統於組織中的未來重要性等五個因素與資訊系統規劃成功有著顯著的正相關。本研究結果可提供國內企業界在進行資訊系統規劃活動時, 能對於相關組織因素的管理活動有所掌控, 並對評估規劃品質與效益有所瞭解, 以提昇資訊系統規劃功效。 Information systems planning (ISP) process is a management activity conducted in an organization context. It is essential to articulate the relationships between organizational characteristics and IS planning characteristics, to manage the relevant important organizational management activities for the goal of IS planning success. The purpose of this research is to realize the relationships between organizational characteristics and IS planning characteristics of Taiwan enterprises through the method of mail survey to IS department executives. First, the predict and criteria variables were constructed by means of papers archival besides survey questionnaires were mailed to members of the R.O.C. Information Manager Association 1996. The outcome exhibits there are two dimension "quality of the IS planning process" and"planning effectiveness" suitable for IS planning evaluation, and five organizational characteristics"quality of strategic business planning" "implementation" facilitation of interaction between business and IS department "resources" "future role of IS in organization" in order are significantly positive correlated with the IS planning success. In context, the relationships between predict and criteria variables are explained, research conclusion as well as future research are pointed out in the end. The research result provides reference for domestic enterprises engaged in IS planning managing pertinent organizational management process and approach for IS planning evaluation. |
