| 摘要 | There are a lot of duplicated and non-efficiency costs inside the supply chain in IT industry. This paper investigates how the collaborations among the supply chain partners affect the performance of the new product development. Data are collected by in-depth interviews to the executives of the targeted firm. Data analysis is made by comparing figures of the key parameters before and after collaboration is conducted. Total performance of product development is found increased significantly after adoption of collaboration process. |
