| 摘要 | 承續社會學對疏離概念的研究傳統，政治學界曾以政治疏離感的理論，來解釋西方社會所面臨若干民主政治的困境。儘管時空背景，以及政治問題的本質有所不同，台灣在民主化過程與政黨輪替之後，也造成國內政治、社會、經濟等環境的失序，這些後果是否會引發台灣民眾的政治疏離感？實值得國內學界重視。本文的目的即在瞭解政治疏離感在我國的分佈、來源，以及其對社會大眾政治參與和民主態度的影響。研究中以政治無力感、政治無意義感、政治失序感三個面向，來測量台灣民眾的政治疏離感，資料來源為2003年「台灣選舉與民主化調查」。研究結果顯示，台灣民眾在2003年具政治無力感與政治無意義感的比例，約占三成至四成之間；相對地，具政治失序感者則達八成二左右。至於政治疏離感的來源，男性、年齡分別與政治無力感、政治無意義感有顯著正相關。政黨認同則與政治無力感、政治無意義感呈現負相關；人際信任亦與二者有顯著的關聯性，信任感愈低者，其政治無力感與無意義感也愈低。在政府施政評價方面，政府貪腐、依法行政分別對政治無力感、政治無意義感具影響力。此外，對家庭經濟、行政效率、依法行政、政治貪腐具負面評價者，其政治失序感也愈高。至於政治疏離感所產生的影響，證據發現，政治無力感、政治無意義感愈高者，其參與投票、競選活動的意願也分別較低。最後，政治無力感愈高的民眾，其民主滿意度則會愈低。This paper applies the theory of political alienation to explore the politics of democratizing Taiwan. In this work, the concept of political alienation is easured by three dimensions: political powerlessness, political meaninglessness, political normlessness. There are two main research questions: (1) which factors will shape Taiwanese political alienation? (2) how political alienation influence democratic attitudes and political participations? Several findings are drawn from this analysis. First, sex, age, party identification, and interpersonal trust exert significant effect on political powerlessness and political meaninglessness. Second, governmental performance is also a key factor shaping political alienation. Third, political powerlessness and meaninglessness will reduce voting and campaign participation respectively. Fourth, political powerlessness will promote people's dissatisfaction with democracy. However, all three dimensions of political alienation are proved no significant effect on people's support for democracy. |
